Never had worse customer service, the lady at the front desk couldn't give 2 craps about my problem and did NOTHING to help. Funny for her job being service canada she is horrible at service. All canadian services are horrible, underfunded, rude and have a clear lack of give a crap about anything.
Entitled employees who tell you how to conduct yourself. even if your not flustered with them just the situation. then they cry to management because I say this is useless when I've re iterated myself three times and they still can't comprehend. so management wants to threaten you not even comprehending the situation themselves. they hired snowflakes for public servants good luck hopefully someone competent is in for you
