Since we have started using Prince Accounting for our business we have had excellent service. Any accounting or bookkeeping questions that I have Brody and his team are able to answer it for me very quickly. When it comes to year-end filing they made the process extremely easy for us, and went through it in detail to answer any questions we had. Thank you so much for the help and the great customer service your team provides!
The accountants are terrific, I would definitely do business with them in the future! However, I would recommend giving a lesson of professionalism and communication skills to their secretary. It seems there is poor communication between her and the owner that causes more issues than solves. She refuses to actually listen to the client on the phone and insists on talking over them.
Brody and his team are a great group of accountants that you can trust. I have used other accountants in the past and Brody has given me great advice for my business taxes that the others didn't. Super helpful and always quick to respond when I have questions. And I tend to ask a lot!
As an independent bookkeeper, I learned of Brody's accounting service from a collegue. I have sent a few clients his direction who were looking for specific services. Each and every one of them have been happy with that service. I highly recommend him for small business who want value for their dollar and someone who has and can help them move forward in their business.
