Our experience with Prime Time was and continues to be less then perfection. Our home was painted three years ago. I had very specific instructions and expectations for what we desired in our completed job as I painted homes for many years. From the very start I voiced my concerns about the preparation of the surfaces to be painted. The most important aspect of painting a home outside is the cleaning and surface sanding/preparations. I explained this to the individual who was the Forman for the work. He explained that more then adequate work had been done on our siding. This was not true three years ago and continues to be untrue as we have blistering and peeling once again. They did return to our home two years in a row to fix the areas that I identified. Now, even more and larger areas are peeling. After three years I will not be contacting them once again in spite of a seven year contract guarantee. I don’t believe that they can correct the issues because the underlying problem is the surface preparation. If you do select Prime Time Painting for your exterior painting needs, plan on spending a great deal of time sitting and supervising as you argue with the supervisor about every detail.There are other areas of concern like paint splash and speckles on the glass and metal surfaces. In the greater scope of painting your home please select your contractor carefully. Greg Fantozzi
We had the exterior of our house stained/painted this week and are very pleased with the quality of work done by Prime Time Painting. Understanding that the weather may delay our start date, they were able to power wash and prep on the scheduled date and had the job done in 2.5 days. Rain kept them from painting the dormers on day 2 and they didn't want the stain to bleed down and ruin our shingles. We appreciate Kevin G. and the professionalism and attention to detail of Junior and his crew. We will definitely call them again for our painting needs.
PrimeTime painting came highly recommended, and the price was very competitive. Work was completed very timely, and the crew was very polite. Where I was disappointed is the cleanup and care in certain areas. Perhaps this is too much of my OCD, but there are several places on our roof with paint drips. In my view this takes away from the crispness of a professionally painted home. Otherwise this would have been 5-stars.
