Story

Beautiful. Sustainable. The priMED Mosaic Centre is Alberta’s first net-zero commercial building and obtained the LEED Platinum Certification. It opened in the Edmonton community of Summerside in February 2015, and is now home to priMED Medical Products Inc., Seeds & Sprouts Daycare, The Workshop Eatery, Wave Engineering, and Oil Country Engineering.

Powered by solar PV panels and heated and cooled by geothermal heating, the priMED Mosaic Centre is one of the most environmentally-conscious buildings in Canada and has obtained LEED Platinum Certification in October 2017. The building is a bright, fresh-air, positive energy environment designed to help building occupants feel happy and inspired at work.

This is the most beautiful building inside. We picked up BBQ from Workshop Eatery's new venture, the Hen House. It was killer!
The venue has very interesting design. Was there for Hot Chef Cool Beats event. Guess it was too many ppl so the first floor is super crowded... food was great and saw lots familiar faces.

It was a delight to book a weekend retreat here as a venue for a personal development/dance retreat as a facilitator. I felt so supported in all aspects of my experience; from working with reception to get the booking done to collaborating with the head chef in the restaurant, I felt taken care of, every step of the way!
An amazing shared-office concept for any business that is different and modern. Very well designed and Phoebe at reception is super friendly and knowledgable.
It's an amazing location to host events or rent office space. The self sustaining nature of the building is an inspiration for future constructions.
