I went to this clinic yesterday as a walk-in, not realizing their walk-in hours are only until 3... as someone who works in the school system, this kind of sucks but I should have looked up their walk-in hours before I got there. So I figured I would just come back today, as it's semester break, and walk-in. I got there at 1:20, and they said they weren't taking anymore walk-ins today....?? What? Then they moved on to something else, without asking if I wanted to make an appointment. Terrible service, and the one girl at the front desk didn't even look at me when saying they weren't taking anyone else. The only reason I'm giving this place a star at all is because it seemed clean, and the other front desk lady was at least smiling and looking at me when we spoke.

Carstairs Medical Clinic offers walk in service and has three very competent doctors accepting new clients. My family has seen all three doctors and we are very pleased with their service.
