Not at all pleased with my "almost" visit this morning. I googled "walk-in clinic Loblaws" (as I prefer Loblaws clinics over Appletree) and this one was the first that showed up. I verified their opening hours and head out the door well in advance to get there well before open as I know the wait can be long. Shortly after I arrive, two others show up. It was odd that there were no opening hours posted so I called and listened to the voicemail which confirmed the 9am opening. One minute to open, a lady walks up and asks if we made appointments and that this is now a Family clinic. Nowhere does it mention this other than their website. Needless to say, I wasted my time and this could have been avoided with a lousy sign on the door!!!! I recommend you make changes and do this soon, you are dealing with sick people here who expect treatment.

Waited 3 hours in the waiting room. I've been coughing severly for over a week with extrusiating pain when swallowing (not being able to eat) When I was called it took all of 40 seconds. Put a swab down my throat to only test for strep and let me go. No listening to my lungs or at least testing me for more than one thing. Never going back.

I was very pleased with the way the doctor and his assistant treated my special needs son with the procedure he was getting. They were very patience and understanding . Would highly recommend to my friends and family Ty for ur services

Advertised as a walk in clinic, but I struggled to get to reception with a sprained ankle (it is a long distance from the parking lot and across the store) only to find they weren't accepting walk ins at that time. I found nothing referencing this when I looked it up. Very frustrating.
