The only word to describe this place is terrible. I went in granted as a walk in, but then again they advertise as a walk in place. I was told a 1 hour wait, fine that was okay, after a hour I was told it would be another half hour, again I put up with it, after 40 minutes I ask the receptionist how long are you going to tell me now? There still another 4 patients in front of you, now that's not until I see a doctor, that's just until I get into a room to wait for a doctor. Can I make an appointment the answer is no, all I can do is sit there and wait. If it was only once I could attribute it to human error but this is a recurring theme for this business, almost every time I come into that clinic it's the same story. If I could give them negative stars I would.

The reason I even gave this 1 star is strictly for the front staff who have always called to remind me of appointments, answered my questions, etc. I've only used this place for birth control, paps and refills (since my GP doesn't offer those). The procedures were fine but I found that the "year" prescriptions I would get would be used up in 6-9 months at the pharmacy. So in the recent/umpteenth time I was getting the prescription renewed, I asked one of the doctors why that would happen. He said that prescriptions end when the doctor leaves the country or the clinic(?). This doctor then tells me he's about to go on a sabbatical but that "it should be fine because [he's] going to remain employed at the clinic." I prodded but he assured me this prescription would last the year. FIRST TIME I WENT TO REFILL THIS PRESCRIPTION, the Superstore pharmacy ends my friggin birth control citing my doctor being away/not in the country makes his current prescriptions invalid. I had my words with the pharmacist and mentioned that my doctor was still a member of the clinic but it didn't matter. So clearly the 2 entities didn't communicate properly OR someone kept being negligent with prescriptions and the other didn't bother correcting them. So I got my 1-month-emergency fill (that I had to sign for) and I've decided I'll never go back to either the clinic, nor the pharmacy.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They lie to you about wait times. I was told 45 min waited over 2 hours and after waiting for over 2 hours in the waiting room I was put in an exam room to wait another 30 minites. Absolutley ridiculous place the employees are a bunch of liars. I don't care if I have to wait but be honest about your wait times. I will never come back here.

They open at “9AM” the doctors are never here on time it’s like they feel entitled... Always long waits even when you are the first one here as the Doctors decide they will come in when ever they feel like but never for the actual clinic opening. If anyone else shows up late for their shifts or work cause they can they would be fired. I as well wish they had a ZERO option... this clinic deserves that or a minus option.

Avoid at all cost. The women at the front desk are rude and unprofessional and they treat the patients as if they are a bother. There are many other clinics nearby that treat their patients better.
