This is my friend's Doctor. Dr. Al-Hindawi. When I walked in with my friend, we were greeted with a big smile under the mask of Al. Great guy. I highly recommend everyone to come and see this Doc.
I am not a healthy person, by any means, so having this clinic and all the caring, intelligent and supportive staff along with it, has been a blessing. I can't speak much about the same day clinic, as I have a doctor on staff. The doctors here make sure you are thoroughly checked out and cared for and don't let you leave without you knowing you are in good hands. Sometimes it is hard to make an appointment for the same week, but that's very typical in this industry! If you're looking for professional and friendly medical care, go here. They actually listen to what you have to say and don't give up easily when trying to find the right diagnosis. I recommend this place to everyone.
Agree with RJ and Kate, the after hours is very frustrating and inconvenient. The staff is great and I love Dr Jamison but unfortunately I had Dr. Murthy as my doctor. I found her very condesending and felt rushed with every appointment made with her. I have never had a doctor where I felt judged and rushed. I would not recommend her to anyone, unless your very short, emotionless, and concise with all your problems.
Receptionist was very rude over the phone I simply wanted to ask a couple short questions about the right Avenue to take to go about getting a diagnosis. All she said was "no, call after 2pm anytime thanks by" and hung up. Hope the doctors are good to make up for that uninformative and impatient lady.
Very rude staff, trying to rip of money. Today they charge on my health card and did not let me see a doctor because I was 10 mins late and I accepted that. However this is walk in clinic if one person is late then doctor should move to next person. The Reception name is Cheryl very bad manner and she did not let me speak to doctor. I can say that DR. Carkarevic is a part of this clinic to rip of people via charging on Health card not see a patient. I suggest to McNeely Medical management to change there rule. You guy taking advantage of one clinic in Carleton place. That day will never far when another walk in clinic open in Carleton place and you guys start loosing patient. This message is a wake up call..
Dr. Al-Hindawe is the best doctor! I'm so happy I made the switch to him. He is very kind and thorough. He always makes me feel important and heard. He has helped me with my health tremendously.
Exactly what RJ Mills said- poor system. Especially for those who have jobs and can’t pause to call non-stop at exactly 2pm. Good people and doctors, probably not they’re fault...but whoever thought it was a good idea to open the floodgates at 2pm, didn’t consider common sense.
Would give no stars if possible.Very rude staff..This facility has gone downhill over the last year. The doctors they have cant help out in many situations we had with my family. Sad news as it was the only walk in around town. At this time you have to go into ottawa for any decent walk in help. Dont waste your your families time waiting for doctors that cant help.
Lack of organization, or any sort of protocol. I have been struggling since may with this clinic to help diagnose my medical issue. No one seems to know what's going on or where the miscommunication is. Sad excuse for health care
