some office staff very difficult to deal with! unprofessional....
a side note to this review....i am not complaining nor whining. the doctors and receptionist are all excellent! one staff member in particular is difficult. this person has been rude and unprofessional to me at times which made my experience there not pleasant. i don't appreciate the implication from other reviewers that my bad experience was not valid. if this happened to you, and i am glad it hasn't, you would see things differently. if i had not had that bad experience, I too, would have nothing negative to report. so think before you type....oh, and the doctors in this clinic have been NOTHING but caring, thorough, very smart and professional

Super friendly front desk staff and Dr. Ayob is amazing I would say she is an expert in everything she is doing and always taking time to listen. She is a great diagnostician.

They're perfectly fine, stop complaining. Bitter, unpleasant people expect the great staff here to bend over backwards for them, and write nasty little reviews when they don't. The staff here do a great job, and my experiences are always quite pleasant.

I am a new patient at this location and I have had absolutely terrible experiences with the gentleman that answers the phone during the weekdays. Every time I have called to book an appointment it feels like I am being interrogated and takes the gentleman a long time to produce availability. This morning when I attempted to push my appointment back to next month he told me that it was not possible as I had to go over my test results. I advised him I hadn't had a chance to get the tests done so that is why I was moving it back. He began raising his voice at me and hung up on me when I was confused. I called back to make a complaint only to find out he is the supervisor. What a disappointment. The only saving grace is the doctor I see is excellent.
