Very helpful and proficient staff. Had a serviceman come and work on the doors of a public building. While he was waiting for me to come and meet him he tightened up the door mechanisms of other doors. They don't waste time!

Best lock and key store in Victoria. Wide variety of product. I found the staff friendly and knowledgeable. I received a discount on my lock even though I had never been in the store before. They also gave my dog a treat.

I walked in hoping to duplicate a 100+ year old key to a family heirloom, and despite the key being damaged, worn, and so old that it did not fit any modern keys, they had 3 keys made for me in 2 hours for less than 20$. I was impressed with their friendliness and service, and would recommend it to anyone.

I brought in my door lock cylinder from my car, and they were able to find the problem and fix it by the time I was done school. If I had another lock problem, I'd definitely go back there.

I called January 26 to say we were having trouble with an old front door lock. I was told that some one would call between 3 and 4:30 on the 28 th. At 3:10 the service rep called to say he was running late and he would be there a little after 4. At about 4:10 he called to say he was five minutes away He arrived at 4:15 took the lock apart, made a small adjustment and put it all back together in excellent working order.........no charge! Thanks Prices, you have my continued strong support.that is real service. You kept me involved and informed every step of the way. I was not left hanging around the house waiting and wondering when someone to turn up. Well done Brian Rogers
