Business Practices 101 - If you ever want to succeed as a business and are looking for repeat customers, don't be like this business. I feel like these guys are confusing themselves with a restaurant so let me clear it up for them once in for all - You are a bubble tea store, which is essentially like any other tea/coffee shop. What do you need the tip for? Is doing your job of making people's tea horribly wrong is so hard? It's a freaking takeaway store, pay better wages to your staff and stop asking for more money from customers who are anyways paying for your no-good overpriced drinks. I've attached pictures as proof so that everyone can see that their standard practice is fill up 60% of the glass with just ice. Our drinks were over in literally 5-6 sips. I genuinely feel like I got scammed today. What a shame, never again!!!
Just opened at the mall. They have multiple locations throughout the city. The bubble tea was good. Less sweet and less ice as I’ve requested. Will be back to try other flavours.
I ordered the Brown sugar pearl latte and the original bubble waffle. It was good actually. But the service was too slow. I had to wait a little longer than usual for my order to be ready even though I was the only customer there at that time.Food: 5/5
DON'T BUY FROM THEM. This drink cost 7.00+ three sips and it's empty. You can't adjust the ice and sugar level. The cashier was rude as well. It's not worth your money. What a waste. Thanks for the ice. I really enjoyed it-

Great experiences here, I have been many times and it has always been busy but I am more than happy to wait. I chose to stand in the line knowing that it is busy so I don’t mind waiting. Drinks are not easy to make and when comparing this store to something like a Starbucks, the wait is about the same. I don’t get why people complain about waiting when they chose to go there. Since the staff are also really kind, the waiting doesn’t seem bad at all
Definitely need some staff to help out! Waited a bit to get our order in but our drinks were done quick. They just opened and have a help wanted sign so fair. They are busy! Place is quite clean and a larger area to wait for your drinks than most bbt places. Had the roasted milk tea with pearls, and thought it was okay, not my favourite unfortunately. Felt like there wasn’t a lot of tea taste despite asking for 50% sugar. Fiancé had the Mango Banana Slush with lychee jelly and he really liked it. The slushes look very fresh saw them scooping the fruit for them, and tasted good.
I got an Okinawa brown sugar milk tea with black pearls and pudding, and it was a little less sweet than other shops make it, but I asked for no ice and they listened whereas many places add ice anyways. The straws held up very well though despite not being plastic. Wheelchair accessibility: The space is very open and they have signs posted lower down so they're easy to read, as well as a speaker at the checkout so you don't have to get close to hear.
Fantastic experience here, the staff were especially great and the cashier he spoke so respectfully. There was a little bit of a wait but you could clearly see that the staff were working as hard as they could and they were also clearly understaffed. Drinks tasted amazing. I definitely recommend.
Rose tieguanyin milk tea was decent. However I DO NOT recommend their bubble waffle. If you have had traditional Hong Kong bubble waffle before, this is not the place. Bubble waffle should have a crisp shell, somewhat hollow with a little bit of softness, but the one they make here tastes like you're eating cake. They pour in the batter and just let it cook.
