I love the bubble tea at Presotea. However, my milk tea is different than the other place. After few minutes, I can see the drink starts having white cloud in it , it is like the drink is made with heavy cream rather than milk? It tasted more like cream too… But I must admit bubble tea is almost a luxury now. Almost 10$ for a regular size. However, it is so delicious until the last sip!

Good selection of milk teas, slush and fruit teas in the menu. I find that they can be very hit and miss. Items are a bit on the pricy side 7 to 10$, tried a few things on the menu and they were just "ok", except the fruit teas that were excellent. Some drinks on the menu are very sweet and not able to be customized. That said, the service is friendly and fast.
No line up when we arrived around 1pm, clean and clear menu. Easy to order, friendly and fast service. Got our drinks on valentine's special . Delicious dragon fruit is a must try to fruity lovers. Nice to see we can get bubble tea in laval. Loved it.
When we arrive, there was no lineup. Only two other customers in front of us who just put in their order. They were 3 staff members. The cashier told the two baristas “regular M8” two times each. Ordered a M8 litchi & fresh mango. There was no litchi in the drink. So we basically got charged & didn’t get what we ordered. Pretty disappointed :/
I'm obsessed with Presotea! The one in Carrefour is by far my favorite. They never mess up the flavors and the staff is friendly especially the older gentleman.
Very disappointing experience. I always order the M8 which comes with fresh mango pieces. I was told there were no more fresh mango pieces, so I asked if I could replace them by litchi jelly. They refused and said I'd have to pay extra for it. I don't care about the money, it's the principle of being charged the same price for the drink which is missing a part of its ingredient and refusing to substitute it with something else that basically cost them close to nothing.

Quite a long line to order an then to wait for your drinks. Staff wasn't rushing at all for the drinks. No small sizes cups, only mediums and larges. :/ Other than that, our drinks were good, but it was to much for us again, no small sizes.
Good bubble tea, various toppings, many different types of drinks for all taste, young or older. Fast and friendly service.
