Worst Presotea. Every time I go there I'm reminded why I'll never go back, today is the last time ! The quality of the drinks are awful. The staff making them do not care at all. You expect to get at least what's advertised on their screen but not at all. From the classic Mango to the Grapefruit, passing by the Melon one. They are always missing ingredients OR very small portions ! My grapefruit tea had almost NO grapefruit pulp in it. I mentioned it to the staff and she clearly didn't care, waved me off. But when it's time to picking "extras" she is clearly very cooperative. Don't go ! Walk down to the one on St Catherine St !

Not sure why people are complaining so much about this spot. The nicest and most patient folks behind the counter. The bubble tea is always good and you CAN customize the sugar and ice level.Food: 5/5

I tried the mango flavored green tea and it was tasty. The prices are bit expensive though. They have many options for the bubbles such as poppable bubbles, jelly bubbles, tapioca bubbles etc.Food: 5/5

This place is the biggest scam in Montreal. There was so much sugar in our drink that you can’t even taste the drink only sugar. If you drink this you are guaranteed diabetes or tooth decay.Food: 1/5

Excellent customer service and the place is cozy and comfy! I wasn’t up to a bubble tea today but the freezing rain was killing me. So I just went in to warm myself up and take a break. The cashier was very patient, he helped me to pick my drinks and I love it! Good job! Big fan of Presotea now!

My daughter made some kind of mistake when she ordered her drink, she either took someone else's or made the wrong choice, any way, I went in and they were kind enough to make a new one without charging me, they didn't have to I was ready to pay but they were kind enough to make this generous gesture, amazing people and amazing and fresh tea, we had the summer flavor and blueberry lichi bubble tea, will definitely visit again.
