President's Choice Financial ATM

People need to be warned about this bank. You get what you pay for. I was double charged for a purchase at a store. I contacted the store, they investigated and said it was an interac problem and reversed the funds back to my bank. PC employee was jerking me around giving me fake information about my case. Saying that they were waiting on the store for their investigation. She couldn't give me a date, time on the fax they sent to the store or who sent it and to who she sent it to. She gave me a bogus reference number on the fax and I found out they never even sent a fax to the store. Like I said you get what you pay for...it has been one month and PC Bank is still holding on to my $300.00.
