Helpful and knowledgeable during 2 incidents when I needed help with my teen. One where I called regarding an online predator and the officer took me seriously and fixed the situation. All the officers I’ve met have been excellent.

Apparently we can trespass individuals from public property without commiting a crime. Just because an individual finds you suspicious, is not a lawful reason. Apparently this needs to be broken down for ya'll. It's astounding how the most basic laws seem to elude law enforcement.

Promises made to be at a civil standby with children involved yesterday and for the third time and no officers were there. We have an alcoholic driving around the children daily while intoxicated and a plan to stop it but the promises over the phone is just talk, no boots on the ground at the time needed for the walk. Im very disappointed in the department right now. This is ridiculous and has made life difficult. Then while responding to the incident after the drunk left the scene peeling out of the parking lot they could never find him. Prescott and prescott Valley police department has failed us once again. You're letting an alcoholic be involved in driving young children around daily and before something very bad happens we keep asking that you do something about it and you never follow through on your word.

I was involved in a motorcycle accident in March on hwy. 89. Responding police officers and fire fighters were great. Concerned and very professional.

This has to be the trashy and you have to remember mesa is in Arizona also anyway the Prescott cops don't know there own laws. I guess this is the other Brady dept avoid Prescott Arizona at all costs don't spend money there.

The cops don't care about your safety just giving tickets and getting their jollies by harassing anyone under 30. They rather give a ticket to someone for their speed as they pass than to give a ticket to the individual who Is going ten under impeding the flow of traffic. So the speeding to pass is still happening because the problem was never addressed. If you work And pay taxes instead of collecting Them like the cops and social security collectors watch out Because Your taxes are not enough for Them. Cops in Prescott cater to the old retirement community while screwing the future youth of the tri city community.

So I called because the lady parked in the handicap spot with no plate no placard and literally ran into the store like she was running the 50-yard dash. I called in the plate number and the description with the car and they said that they don't enforce it on private property that I would have to speak to the store manager. So when is it okay for a police department to have a policy where they don't enforce the Arizona revised statutes section 28 - 884 which is a legal law in Arizona on any handicap parking space?!?

I called for assistance regarding a missing friend. My friend explained that a friend of hers has been missing for several days. Prescott Dispatch was very cordial and concerned in assisting us with the issue. Good listening, empathy and compassion go a long way in my book! Authorities don't always get the credit they deserve. They dont know what they will encounter each day and yes because of that, they can be subjective. Thank you to those who serve!

Officer Doty was incredibly kind and helpful when I got stuck on the side of the 89 highway with a busted undercarriage part. This is the second time I’ve run into him and I wish I could thank him so much more than I did or can at this time. I hope to cross paths with this individual again, as my experience with him has been nothing short of wonderful. Thank you, my hero!

We have requested numerous times for patrol in our neighborhood because of vehicles running stop signs, speeding and aggressive driving. So far we have not seen one patrol car yet! Don't understand the lack of effort.
