Jeremy and Baily provide excellent Customer Service, and follow up has been great since ordered summer/spring of 2017 for our new home just completed! Staff very customer oriented and pro active! Would recommend this store to anyone looking for a hot tub.

Very happy with my new hot tub. Great experience from sales to delivery. Feel like we got a great price as well as treated very well by the installers. We are newbies and have a lot of questions.

Purchased a J-235 from Premium Pool and Spa in Vernon after shopping around. Mike was a great aid in this purchase - he did not pressure me and gave me a good no-nonsense price. I'm enjoying the unit and would reccomend PP&S at either Kelowna or Vernon location to anyone.

Chris is always very professional when he comes to service the spa. When we call in, Bailey is always very helpful. They’re usually able to come in pretty quickly and definitely make you feel like you are important to them.
