Great outlet mall with wide walkways and a clean layout. They have a wide variety of stores, making it easy to find something for everyone. There are seating areas, a cute park for kids, and car-shaped kid carts for families. The indoor dining area has a few restaurants, though most options are fast food, especially on weekends when food trucks are also available. Plenty of parking, including electric car charging spots, plus designated smoking areas. One thing to note is that most walkways are uncovered, so you are exposed to the weather while moving between stores. Overall, a very convenient and family-friendly shopping experience.

I really enjoyed visiting Premium Outlets Montréal! It’s a clean, modern place with lots of great stores — everything from Nike and Adidas to Coach and Levi’s. The atmosphere feels nice and open, and it’s easy to walk around.nnWhat I thought was super cool is that they even have a little train for kids that goes around the outlet — it costs about $7, and the kids looked like they were having so much fun! It’s such a nice touch for families.nnParking was easy to find, and the area felt safe and well-maintained. Prices vary by store, but I did find some good deals. It’s a great spot for a day trip, especially if you go during a sale or nice weather. I’d definitely come back again
Parking. Depending on day and time, reasonable to difficult as it can be crazy busy on holidays and weekends.nnFood. This is the weakest aspect to this place. Their foodcourt is low quality cheap unhealthy foods such as, A&W, Ashton, Kung Pao Wok, Mr Pretzle, Panniza, Presotea, Zoukis, Columbus Cafe, and then outside foodies such as Arirang Hot dog, Chico-Gaufre, La Cabane à Chichis, Voltigeur Express. They also have a small space for hand made sushi - but it does not look like a place I would feel safe to eat their food as it’s one step better than eating sushi from a gas station as the expression goes.nnThere is a need for management to add more restaurants and include some that offer reasonably healthy quality non fast food to eat.nnStores. Most stores are pretty good such as Under Armor, RW & CO, and the Nike store.nBut there clearly some stores who are selling products that are specifically made for their outlet stores, meaning that the inventory is not what it was intended to be as an offering. Originally and till today, consumers expect deals based on the premise that these stores are selling overstock, last years inventory etc. But what has happened and look this up on line there are many expose stories in the media are stores will produce lower quality made products that are inferior to that normally sold in their regular stores, and sell them at a “discount”, when in fact they are not discounted but instead appear to be a discount because they have the brand and look of new old stock product. Take for example COACH or Michael Kors, look at the seams on clothing, look at the quality if the materials, look at the crappy zippers especially notable at COACH.nnSo, this being stated, buyer beware as some stores are not offering liquidation of inventory deals, they are simply selling low quality average products at average market pricing for products of this quality - but with their brand name on it. This is not the fault of the outlet, it’s a scam the retailers are doing as there is no law that they have to declare that the inventory is not liquidation.nnEnjoy and happy shopping.
Kind of disappointed that they had a whole week-long-end sale and nothing was really on sale just 50% off on second items but full expensive price on the first...not really worth the sale...Also extremely dissatisfied that 95% of the shops are not dog friendly even if the Center is supposed to be dog friendly...ended up being able to walk in Sport Expert with my puppy but all the other stores had signs ...sad to say but better experience in Ottawa, real pet friendly area... Also, when there is a pet friendly area it would be nice the there is an actual area for pets to enjoy like a little dog park with a drinking fountain and shade...after an hour outside in the heat we had to get our dog back to the car to hydrate him and give him shade and cooling from the A/C of the car...next time we are diffently driving further all the way to Ottawa to enjoy a shopping day with our puppy!
