Premier Total Home Inc

I had Premier Total Home replaced my roof in either 2011 or 2012, I can't remember exactly. I chose them simply because I saw their sign in the neighbourhood. The day that they did my roof, the owner told me they were short on one person. After removing the old shingles, they advised me that my plywood needed to be replaced and I gave them the go-ahead. When I got home that night, it was a big mess all around the house. There were nails, sharp metal, wood pieces both behind and especially in the front yard. My neighbour then came by and complaining about a sheet plywood flew off my roof, barely missed her and broke her stormdoor glass while she was standing in front off her house. Up stair near my bedroom, there was a big hole on the ceiling. I called the owner. He said sorry as his guys tried to rush to get things done on the same day. He promised me to clean up and fix my neighbour door. I got off early the next morning and cleaned up stuffs myself, picking up nails and metal pieces using the magnet cart that they left behind on my front lawn. The owner came by later on to pick up the cart and take off the broken glass on the storm door, and of course to get the cheque as well. He didn't return after that. A person was sent to fix the drywall on my ceiling, but didn't do a very good job. I ended up fixing the neighbour's door myself. And that wasn't the worst yet... First winter, there was a small leak. It didn't look so bad and I was just procrastinated to call them. Then, I sold the house to my neighbour's son. During the house inspection, they noticed they could see through some small cracks on the roof while they in the attic. They asked me to call the roofer to get it fixed as a buying condition. I call Premier Total Home and was able to get them to fix it eventually. A year after selling my house, I bumped into my neighbours. They were basically crying the about the house they bought from me. The roof leaked so much and a corner of the ceiling fell off in the middle of the night. Today, I'm looking for a roofer for my new home and came across Premier Total Home which is rated 5 stars. Given my experience with them, I totally don't think they deserve it. 2 stars would be the most I could give them.

This company was absolutely amazing. Even when I phoned up for a quote the owner gave me a lot of information on what I should look for when having my roof re-shingled. Their price was the best I saw out there and the job they did was fantastic. They complete the job quickly and the workers actual took the time to explain what they were doing and why they did it that way. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for shingles.

Theresa-September 30/2011 I had a mold problem in my cold room. They were very knowledgeable and solved my problem at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.
