Made it just before they closed for the evening. The bagels on the inside are soft, dense and chewy and the outside is short from being a glossy soft bagel. Very interesting and tasty. You get a "heavy" bag for a bakers dozen 13 bagels for $10.00 which is a super great value for quality bagels. Love em !!!
