Première Fondue

Finally we have the hot pot in Brossard. Couldn't wait to go the first daythere are sooo many people in the line, if you go, you'd better be earlier or make a reservation It is extremely shocking that the meat is sooooo fresh and goooood. Many vege, fruit and beverage available. I highly recommend the lamp slices, shrimp, tofu sheets and noodle. Yummy~ luckily got the VIP card, will visit again ;

Food was decent, went for lunch. A bit pricey but I like their air vents, it's on side of the pot so you get less smelly afterwards. Service was nice.

Food was okay. I like the variety of sauce offered. Broth was okay, it was not as tasty as expected. Only been to that place once but I was a great fan of Mongolian HotPot; to me, Premiere Fondue does not make it.

Fantastic Chinese hot pot, taste is amazing, never experienced this special flavor before. drinks are very special. Some dishes I really don't know what are they, I just try!

Excellent Chinese hot pot restaurant in Brossard. Several choices for soup base/broth. I enjoyed the chicken and fish maw soup base, was very tasty. Abundant variety of fresh seafood, meat, vegetables, dumplings, and sauces. Impeccable service. Nice decorations. Was a delicious experience! I will definitely be back for more...

Quantity of meat provided for 2 very generous, good choice of fresh fish, shrimps and other sea food, dumplings, veggies, tofus....variety of very good soups. Pleasant ambiance and good service. We'll come back soon with all family.

It was supposed to open until 1h30 am and we went at 9h and after ordering everything they told us that they were going to makes a last call at 9h30 and close at 10h. You are not supposed to eat hot pot in a hurry like that they left us with 40 minutes to eat like what the hell. And at the end they didn’t even say sorry or give us a discount EVEN THO IT SAID IT WAS SUPPOSED TO CLOSE AT 1h30 and they are kinda racist with white people, they only give a good service if you are asian.

Pleasant experience, perfect service. Best hotpot in Montreal area. We had our lunch there today. Highly recommend.

So the restaurant closes down, reopens under a new name. Not sure if it's the same owners. Higher prices, no more unlimited fountain drinks and pretty much the same quality food. Such a shame.

Came in first day of grand opening , I think this is the best hotpot in the city,restaurant is clean and tidy, offers fresh meats,lot of fresh variety of vegetables ,seafoods,noodles,dumplings,etc and the staffs were friendly and very helpful doing there services. ~~Must try “soupe de style Szechuan”!
