I gave my IELTS exam here and had a good experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were quiet and well-organized. The speaking test was smooth, and the examiner was polite. Everything went well. I recommend this place for IELTS.
The celpip center is very good. All procedures followed correctly. Very good headphones used for speaking. No disturbance at all even being on the main road. I dont know why they are so many negative reviews but it is just as perfect as any other exam centers. I would recommend this one . Even there is free underground parking area in market hall just behind the center.
Fraud Alert – Do not trust this IELTS center! nnThis center is running a complete scam. When we go for the test, they cancel it without giving any valid reason and refuse to provide a full refund. They are just cheating people and wasting time and money. Please do not book your IELTS test here – save yourself from this fraud.
I had a very disappointing experience with Precise Solutions. I took the computer-based IELTS exam on 30th March and later decided to apply for remarking. Their website, as mentioned in the guidelines, was not even working for the remarking process. Despite this, they asked us to fill out a form and transfer the remarking fee, which I did.nnThey were quick to accept the payment, but since then, I have received no response via email regarding the status of my remarking request. They are also not answering calls or replying to emails, which is extremely unprofessional and frustrating.nnWhen I contacted another Precise Solutions location, they simply told me to cancel the payment, but how can I do that when the money has already been taken and there’s no cooperation from their end?nnI feel ignored and scammed, and this experience has caused a lot of unnecessary stress. I do not recommend this centre for anyone planning to take the IELTS exam or apply for remarking. Very poor customer service and lack of accountability.
I had an extremely unsatisfactory experience at this IELTS center.The staff appeared to be poorly trained and lacked a clear understanding of their responsibilities.nThe behavior of the staff was highly unprofessional. They were impatient and discourteous, lacking the basic courtesy expected in such an environment. Their communication was inappropriate and reflected a serious lack of training in handling test-takers.Based on my experience i strongly advise not going to this center for your exam.
