Five stars for the doctors at the doctor office but Jan the receptionist is wildly rude and inappropriate in her professional setting and she is just incredibly hard to deal with she is hung up on me many times and she just is very unhelpful Jan really needs to go to training to learn how to do her job professionally. The way she treats me almost makes me want to go back to using again but I can't let somebody like her ruin the opportunities that I have gotten from the doctors. Jan just really needs training.

Again five stars for the doctors there but Jan seriously needs training she is so unprofessional and rude I am tired of being hung up on by her and I'm asking serious questions about my health. Jan is unprofessional she needs to go to training to get better at her job because she is incredibly rude and very very unprofessional

It hasn't been the same since Dr.Kowalski left, but Jan you sure know how to go out of your way to make sure the clients are doing okay between doctor apps. Between Jan and Harley you two are the glue that holds that office to the high standards that they are! Keep up the amazing work and saving countless lives!

Amazing ppl with BIG hearts that put others first and actually take the time and care for ones health and well-being and not treat your client's as just another client and also for not judgeing the ppl who need the help no mmatter how bad they are or how much help they require, BIG thanks to all the staff and a special thanks to doctor oishi .. You don't see much ppl who care and dont judge addicts like these ppl now adays. AND musent forget about the men working in the pharmacy part of things you guys are just as amazing to all your customers and I also wanna give you a BIG THANK YOU TO YOU GUYS!!!

Special thanks to everyone at Prairie Treatment Clinic for everything you do. Jan you are beyond wonderful, and we are very lucky to have someone like Dr Arlene Oishi who cares so much. Wouldn't be here without you guys.You make Lethbridge a better place.
