What a great experience this was for my family. Amanda really went above and beyond to get us into our new RV.nWe were out of country when we found this rig, and the whole staff at Prairie Sky made the transaction go seamlessly. Brent in finance had all the paperwork ready for us when we arrived, and Amanda had made arrangements with the Brick to get our aftermarket furniture installed.nSince we live full time in our RV, it’s wasnt a quick or simple process to go from the old rig to the new, but the staff at Prairie Sky were all very accommodating and gave us as much time as we needed.nWe also really appreciated the thorough walk through and the education about proper slide extension and retraction, something we’ve never received from any other dealership.nOverall we are very pleased with our purchase and the staff at Prairie Sky Rv. You can tell they really want to do right by their customers. We won’t purchase with anyone else now.
We recently visited Prairie Sky to explore their selection of trailers and see what was on the market. I spoke with Bill, who listened attentively to our list of desired options. He showed us several trailers that perfectly matched our criteria. We ultimately decided to purchase a trailer from them.nnThe team at Prairie Sky has been excellent. Although we encountered a few issues with the trailer, they promptly addressed them and are in the process of getting everything fixed. I highly recommend visiting Prairie Sky to check out their new trailers instead of settling for used ones. Their customer service and dedication to resolving any problems are top-notch.
Our power jack quite working as we were nearing the end of a great road trip. We contacted Prairie Sky RV and were told to head their way and they would take care of us. We had a few items that needed attention on our RV and after a courtesy check a few additional repairs were identified.nOur experience from beginning to end was so positive, from front desk checkin to the technician completing the repairs, were top notch. Everyone scored a 10! Their attention, professionalism and concern of our needs was exemplary. We know where we will head whenever our RV needs attention. Thank you Prairie Sky RV
The friendly staff at Prairie Sky RV provided exceptional service on very short notice, going above and beyond what we had hoped for. They answered all our questions in a clear and simple manner. Overall, couldn't be happier! Would definitely go back to them.
We came in 30mins to close yesterday and didnt feel rushed at all. We *thought* we knew what we wanted pre-shopping on their website, but when we took a peek inside this baby, we changed our minds! Everyone was amazingly helpful and friendly and kind. The entire purchase was a breeze and we came back the very next day to pay the balance and pick it up. Staff are super accomodating, pricing is the best in all of southern Alberta I did a LOT of online shopping- this was a steal compared to even the Kijiji ads I had looked at!, and the paperwork was extremely transparent. And being so close to home made this even better- instead of having to travel halfway across the province to view/buy/pickup. Highly highly recommend! Dont mind the jet-on-takeoff stance of the GMC; we didnt get a chance to put new shocks on the truck so that was on us not them.
