Seems like a nice quiet place to walk, ride bikes and fish. Remotely located

Great fishing. Best place to go in the metro. Best in a boat.

This is a very nice fishing lake, there is a lot of fishing pressure, and watching the boat ramp at dusk is a fun blooper reel. There is enough cover that the shore fishing doesn't seem to be impacting the populations much though. I enjoy kayak fishing here.

Good for walking or cycling. Not too busy yet. Not much shade, so I don't recommend this on a hot, sunny day. Restrooms open year round.

Very nice, but not family friendly. Walking paths are well maintained, jetties to reach deeper water, and lots of Lake structure.
