What can I say, people in pairie boy bread know what they are doing!! Great sourdough bread workshop. Very recommended if u want to buy bread or take a workshop. My wife and I loved every minute of it. Thank you John for the experience.

Tried something new from my usual bakery. The shop was very cute. I found it to be pricey for a not that large round of sourdough, 8 bucks. Seeded sourdough was ok. Also, they don't have a slicer.

Love their crusty Country Loaf. Love the other goodies they have available in the fridge. Excellent customer service. The loaf keeps well for several days, wrapped in a moistened tea towel on the counter! Double bonus!!

Walked in & no one was there for a solid 10 minutes. Purchased gourmet confectionary for Easter & the cashier was so repeatedly rough with picking the packages off the counter and throwing them in a paperbag that they broke. She was definitely not friendly and seemed she did not want to be there.
