Cute place and nice desserts/bakery items. Didn’t order coffee but seems like a good place for espresso! The surrounding area is not super salubrious so be aware of where you park! Will definitely be back and recommend it to others! Prices were affordable too!

Nothing to knock this place on, except haila far walk down to the restroom . The green tea teapot was so cute, but tea itself had nice and subtle flavors. The London fog was also solid. Lots of big windows for good lighting.

The vegan wrap hit the spot, and the holiday spice latte was a pleasant sip! 10/10 would recommend it. The best part is that they are open earlier in the morning, so you can grab something before the day starts.Food: 4/5

Their coffee is just slightly more expensive than any popular franchise coffee, but many times more enjoyable. very neat atmosphere and friendly staff has never messed up my order and never gave bad vibes. food is also very tasty, be it their brunch menu, or the cookies/cake. This must be my favourite place in Chinatown for sure.

Gabrielle and Kate at the counter give terrible service. If a woman comes rushing into an establishment asking to use a washroom due to having her period, then the half decent thing to do is to allow her to use it. However Gabrielle ans Kate refused to let my sister use the washroom because she wasn’t a paying customer even when my sister specifically told them what was going on. This led my sister to run around the block up and down looking for a washroom. I understand that there are rules and regulations in place, but come on, their response was absolutely disgusting. Do better.

Great cafe in the neighborhood. I was very surprised by how yummy the pink latte was. Also had the grilled cheese sandwich and they were deliciously gooey cheese goodness with a little fresh salad on the side. Vinaigrette was on point. Date bar was moist and tasty too without being overly sweet. Really enjoyed my visit.

We bought a Bellman Stovetop Steamer, but our commercial size burners are too big, so we we've been going out for coffee a few days a week. Of all the places we visited, the baristas at Prado Hasting CONSISTENTLY make the best microfoam. Pictured here is a cappuccino and latte with oat milk. See how smooth and thick the foam looks? No big bubbles. The shots are pulled correctly so that we don't need to add sweeteners to the drink. Not everyone can make a perfect 49th Parallel espresso shot. They do it here every single time – so far! The chocolate dessert in the picture is vegan GF black bean brownie. I only had a bite because it has sugar and I am trying to go sugar free. They close early on Saturdays and Sundays. It seems their regulars are still coming in just before 3. What's with coffee shops that close at 3 pm?
