Best rental car experience ever! And I've rented a lot of cars. All the ladies in the Castlegar office were very accommodating on short notice before a long weekend. They went above & beyond to assist with our needs as we're traveling through in an RV & wanted to explore. Keep up the great work! Other rental companies could learn a lot from this team.
Such great service! We were visiting the area when our vehicle broke down on the Sunday of a long weekend. Monday morning I called but they were closed and I didn't leave a message, but shortly after I received a call back from them. They were able to open the office and hook us up with a car for a couple of days so we could still enjoy the area while our car was in the shop. Then, when the repair took less time than we were expecting, they allowed us to return the car early and only charged us for the one day. Thank you so much! You guys are amazing, and your "Kootenay Hospitality" really made our vacation enjoyable!
I’ve used enterprise and the big name rentals every time I need a rental but moving to a small town I decided to try practicar in castlegar and am I ever glad I did!!! First off they didn’t just stick me with any old car, knowing I have kids they found a car sizeable for car seats and communicated that. Secondly they found me a nice car loaded which other rental companies do not do! They delivered the car right to my house, I didn’t even have to leave my house. When I stopped in earlier to sign all my documents both jolene and Lonnie sorry if I spelt your names wrong were chatty and REAL! I felt like an actual not just a sales, if that makes sense lol I just want to say thank you again for making this effortless and stress free, I have enough dealing with the insurance company as is ‍
Great place to rent a car 115$ for 1 day and 500km with insurance. They let me bring the car to the united states and back. It was so easy doing business with them thank you!

I reserved a Practi Car for my parents for their trip to Castlegar. I asked about having their gas fill up upon returned done for them. Jolene went way above any car rental agency I have ever used. My parents are elderly... she picked their car up from them for return... and is delivering another to them in a few days when they return to Castlegar. Jolene you made my parents trip so easy. I will always use Practi car when in Castlegar. It is not often you find customer service like this anymore. Thanks for your customer service and the caring you gave to an elderly couple.
