Amazing tea, everyone there is really friendly, and it's a nice little place in the concourse. Usually go there to grab tea during my lunch break. I would rate it 6/5 if I could.
Wonderful tea shop experience! The owner is always very friendly and very knowledgeable of the products she's selling, and carries an eclectic mix of handcrafted products sourced from throughout the capital region. Calming and always delicious!
Beautiful shop with great selection of tea, chocolate truffles, candy, and unique gifts. Fresh cider belly doughnuts served daily too in a charming and cozy atmosphere with very friendly staff.

Unfriendly worker. I asked for cream and was told "We don't do dairy milk here" in a manner that was unprofessional and judgmental. If you are going to be working with the public you should be friendly, professional, and have products that meet your customers needs.
Walked in completely new to tea, she was friendly and helpful and the tea was a great choice! I will be back for more!
