Usually always a great experience! It’s nice to see the regulars whether I’m walking thru or stopping into shopping! There was 1 bad experience the other day, with one of the newer stores… my 1 year old son walked in, wasn’t busy, & we were not greeted, well we were even acknowledged…. Staff was not busy with customers since there was no one else in there but the two of them were busy gossiping I believe it sounded like and I thought it was really rude which is making me choose not to go back or talk about that store in any good way! I know I shouldn’t let one experience ruin it but one of the staff were 1 of the main suppliers so I know she will be in there regular which is making me choose not to go back!nBut most items were very pretty but not for me or any of my family members!
Builds a new parking lot, but the handicapped spots are so small for wheelchair access. The mall doors still do not have wheelchair push buttons to auto open. Lame.
I was locked out of my room because they had updated the key lock. They were unable to get me into my room, the manager was called. No answer. No follow up into what was happening. Where are you supposed to stay if you have no room.
This is the largest indoor mall in Powell River With plenty of free parking
The parking lots is confusing, poorly designed, and covered in construction fencing
