i am so disappointed with the service at the pound ridge cleaners. i payed to have the waist band on a pair of pants fixed and it wasn't. instead of saying they made a mistake and they will fix it or offering my $ back, they wanted to charge me $5 dollars more! it is hard to support local businesses when they don't do what they are paid for. i am never going back.
