I had a phenomenal grilled chicken salad bowl. It was my first time at Poulet Rouge and the staff were very helpful. They walked me through the menu and helped me customize my delicious bowl. I had no wait time and a very good time. They are very clean! Thank you for a yummy meal!

I travelled from Vancouver only to eat here! This salad and chicken dish is a winning combo. Quinoa or rice could be used as the base. Quite a large serving. Also, the spicy mayo poutine is to die for!
The best chicken around! Excellent idea, with several alternatives. I had the chicken salad and the chicken poutine, both of which were delicious. Their spicy chicken flavour is quite delicious! The service is excellent, and the turnaround time is quite short. You have the option of eating in or taking away. The restaurant is handicap accessible and situated on the ground level. The chicken is also halal, as confirmed by the employees.

My wife didn't want to eat at the food court since there weren't many selections of resto. We decided to try Poulet Rouge and it was the best decision I've made all week! The food is so darn fresh and non-greasy or oily, unlike so many other restos out there looking at you Thai express. Will come back definitely!
Excellent service and delicious food. We asked a local for a healthy bowl/poutine recommendation, and they offered the suggestion of going to Poulet Rouge, which did not disappoint whatsoever. As it was our first time here, the staff was so insightful. This is definitely a place we'll return to whenever we're in Montreal. Thank you for the amazing food!
