I've had them in four times and each time the fix was great! Will call again! Great advice too!

we had 3 good experiences with potter's and 1 bad experience. the repair man was very nice, but the person who books the appointments was very difficult to deal with. we feel we should've been compensated for a flood that occurred after a repair on our washing machine. we are frustrated and somewhat traumatized by the flood, and feel like compensating us for the rental equipment to dry out our basement would've gone a long way to restore our confidence in their service. as a result, i don't think we'll be using their services again.

Called yesterday and they came the very next day, 9am to fix my washer that wasn't draining. Repair man was friendly and personable. Showed me what the problem was and explained how to prevent it from happening again. Explained what he did to fix the problem, didn't try to upsell me on parts. Tested the washer, found a small leak and fixed that as well all for the minimum service fee ($79.95 +tax). Would call again if we have any further appliance issues!
