Great flavor of sandwiches. You’ll pay more than Subway, but the quality and flavor far exceeds it. They do a great job of customizing sandwiches, and ordering over the app if pretty simple. If you feel like indulging, the shakes are nice and thick. Unfortunately the cookies have artificial ingredients and hydrogenated oil, but otherwise, the quality of their ingredients seem good.
Very consistent quality, been here many times for a quick lunch, always order the same turkey avo sandwich and it tastes very consistent, which is good for a chain. The parking lot can be a problem, at time it can get crazy crowded. Plan accordingly.
A gentleman making my sandwich rolls his eyes when I asked for buttermilk ranch on my sandwich, was also here a week ago and he seemed upset I was looking at the menu instead of the wall for what to put on the sandwich, The food was good but I could do without the attitude? What gives? If I appear stupid it doesn't mean you get to treat me that way. So grow up.
This location knows what they are doing. Super fast and accutate service. The guy at the end of the oven was so fast, I didn't think he heard the extra toppings I asked for, but he did and was spot on.Food: 5/5
I've been to Potbelly a few times. I brought my friend with. The staff were awesome. He ordered the Wreck and I ordered the BLTA sandwich. That is Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato and Avocado. We both enjoyed our meals. My friend likes Potbelly. I thought he would. We'll return when we're back in Edina.
The vibes are great at this restaurant. Ngl I come here like 2x a week at least. The staff are so nice and have a good energy. I think They’ve made my sandwich wrong like once or twice ever in like a couple years of going here, and the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are wonderful. My only complaint is that they have Dr. Pibb instead of Dr. Pepper, but we all have to make sacrifices sometimes, don’t we?
Always fast service at any of the Potbelly's I've been to. Great sandwiches at a good price. Would have been 5 stars but could taste the chlorinated water in the soda.

The staff acted as though they did not want to be there. The wait was much longer than expected two with people in front of me and at least 5 people behind the counter. They added cucumbers to my sandwich even though he had me repeat the toppings I wanted - none of which were cucumbers since I have a food sensitivity to them, so half way through my sandwich my mouth was tingling. And as you can see in the picture it was thrown together very haphazardly.
