The second time I was going there and we had a lot of fun. Great staff and big orchard farm which was at reasonable price.

Truly the freshest fruits and vegetables in town, Potager Mont-Rouge Halte Gourmande is the place to go. The reasons I recommend & love this place: 1. The staff is amazing, they treat you with all respect and hospitality. 2. The place is clean, new and well maintained. 3. The farmers are smiling and happy, which can give you an idea that they are treated well. (I like good energy in my food) 4. The place is full on small surprises here an there. 5. Every thing is fresh or home made. 6. They don't use pesticides. They work hard to find the best alternative, while respecting the environment. Here is a list of things that you must do while there: 1.Pick Fruits and vegetables yourself. (Remember this place has way more than just apples to offer- you can pick pumpkins, berries, strawberries, blue berries, raspberries, all types of tomato, basil, corn, and the list goes on.) 2. Walk around the whole farm, there is a lot to enjoy and there is a lot of history in that place. 3. The view, if you are half way through the farm, stop and look behind you, you will see a beautiful hill, with all the orchard in the front and that in the back, it is such a picture to frame. 4. There is a giant (huge) trampoline and a corn labyrinthe to enjoy. 5. They have a small farm where you can feed the animals, and a kids parc. I will be coming back here in at least 3 more times, this year only. Mainly for tomato picking, apple picking and pumpkin picking. Highly recommended. A peace of heaven and health close to Montreal.

We loved the picking experience. We picked great tomatoes, bell peppers and eggplants. Wished they had more vegetables to pick.

Great for families to enjoy a fun filled day. Apple picking and pumpkin picking was great fun. The trampoline was a hit.

Really good place! Family friendly with activities for kids. They have a lot of options Apple, pumpkin, vegetables...
