AMAZING!!! I came to Posh Pantry in dire need of a housewarming gift for my brother. I was greeted with excellent customer service specifically from Lola who helped me find the perfect gift. I would totally recommend you come by and check out there outstanding selection of kitchen ware.
I have taken a few classes now at Posh Pabtry and really enjoyed each. THe cast iron cooking class was amazing! My only wish was that there were more class availability as they are often sold out far in advance. I definitely recommend the cooking classes - especially if you are more interested in relaxing, spectating and eating while you learn!
I don't recommend this store. I ordered a salt cellar. To get free shipping, I added many items. After few days they emailed me saying that they refunded the money for the salt container. Few minutes after that they sent another email telling me that my order was shipped. They should have informed me that this salt cellar was not available before they ship the order. I would cancel it if I knew that. I bought from them because I couldn't find the Crueset salt cellar meringue color except on their store but it was unavailable. I found the cellar in the Crueset outlet website with half the price
Super cute little store filled with utensils, oils, sprinkles and tons more. Lovely staff that I have delt with so far. Excited to check out the cooking classes!
Posh Pantry is perfect for kids birthday parties! They learn skills that last a lifetime while having fun. All recipes, aprons, bowls, and ingredients are supplied. Angie and Alec are very friendly and enjoy helping people. The store has lots of gadgets and cookware to upgrade your kitchen.
My daughter had her 9th birthday party here and it was great. The girls all had a lot of fun making pizza and cupcakes and it was all delicious!
Perfect for Date Night! My husband and I just went to another amazing Cooking Class at the Posh Pantry: a Middle Eastern Feast by Chef Glenn’s Morgan. What a treat! Every time we go I always learn some new tips and tricks to apply to my own cooking. And the relaxing atmosphere while I try new dishes is just heavenly! A lovely evening out.
I recently placed an online order for several items at Posh Pantry. Several days after my online purchase, I received a notification that most items I purchased where out of stock. I was asked if I wanted a refund because they had no idea when items would be back in stock again. This was a complete waste of my time. Why don’t they update the website with current stock. My credit card was charged for all items even though the majority where not in stock. Very disappointed with situation. Unfortunately, this store lost my business. This is 2nd time I posted review. Hopefully, it doesn’t get taken down.

I have been a customer here for many years and I always look forward to dropping in. A beautiful kitchen store with very carefully selected items. I always seem to find exactly what I am looking for whenever I am in and the customer service has always been top notch. The cooking classes are also a great night out. Angie who is fantastic! I cannot say enough about how wonderful she has been. Highly recommend! What a great gem in the Burnaby Heights.
