Excellent service, responded to my call before New Years, determined the problem and serviced the furnace. They were able to order the part and install the circuit board. I was very happy with the outcome. Thank you.

A new furnace was installed by them which has failed 2 inspections one by the T.S.S.A and the other by the porpane supplier.
We can't get propane delivered until it is fixed and Ports heating keeps saying they will look into it and get back to me which they never do
Now they don't answer my calls or return calls after leaving voicemail.
I would not recommend them
