3:45 on a Friday afternoon and our bay door got stuck open and wouldn't close; we called another company who said they might be able to get to us by 5:30 at the earliest, we asked if they would recommend anyone else and they said 'no one else does commercial doors in town' We found Portal's number and they were at our door and had fixed it within half an hour of our call!!! Very impressed and they will be our first and only call from now on!

Had them install garage doors at my house two years ago, recently we had a problem with one of our doors closing, the girl on the phone was very polite and knowledgeable, I called at 4:30 about half an hour before they closed and they had someone at my house (in salmon valley!!!) 20 minutes later, door fixed, no charge. 5 stars for sure.
