This is a great neighbourhood bike shop, I wouldn't take my bike anywhere else for service. The staff always take the time to explain the work and the service is fast and very reasonably priced. The shop hours are very convenient for me to drop off and pick up my bike after work. I find the staff to be very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The shop stocks a good selection of accessories and the prices are often better than what you will find online. Do yourself a favour and shop at this great local business! All in all, I would highly recommend taking your bike here for service. I have always had a very positive experience here. Thanks to the staff for their great service and friendly advice over the years.

Brought an old 10 speed back to life with a complete overhaul. Could hardly recognize it after it was done. Fantastic job!

1 ★ - they had the raleigh bike model I was looking for a year ago 1 ★ - he gave me the complimentary adjustment included in the purchase of my bike a whole year after I bought it, instead of just a few months after 1 ★ - he tuned up my front brake so that both calipers were applying pressure when the brakes were pulled 1 ★ - he made my gear system run smooth as butter, no clinking noise on the lower gears 1 ★ - he installed a custom part that I needed to use my fender set and included it as a part of the adjustment instead of charging for it END - I now have the satisfaction of riding a perfectly functional bicycle

Awesome store, went in the to buy a chain breaker and chain and I was 5$ short but the they gave it to me anyway. My recommended bike shop

Went in to buy a small part, owner had a spare used part that he could have charged me for but didn't! 😊 Also friendly and very knowledgeable and was more than happy to answer our questions.
