It took me almost two years to receive assistance through them,the waiting lists were long, but they were very helpful, patient and understand of my little knowledge about any of the programs. When verification was required on my part they mad sure I was aware of it by contacting me via mail, phone and email, I'm a hard person to contact making sure I didn't lose my assistance.

I don’t know if this has happened to anyone but me... I applied for Streetsboro Family home and received the voucher through them. I kept repeatedly filling out paperwork. Got the run around about the place passing the inspection. That expired, received another voucher. And guess what NO PLACE!!! Why deal with a place that is ran by crooks!!!! The Lady Amanda whom I felt bad for came up with this brilliant lie so she thought to tell me I make too much!!! And that she would call me when an apartment where I pay more than 40 percent of my income.... umm does anyone see the BS? The apartment was already promised to someone else. I don’t trust either place PHA or Streetsboro Family Homes!!! Seek another county or another Apartment place....

Called for information on the program and the guy was so mean and nasty I had to hang up

How long after u turn in ur paper work for u background check does it take to get in a 3 Bd rm no preference

They were able to get me into a place when I was homeless.

There were there 2 HELP ME OUT when I didn't have anything after my divorce.

They move fast but I have no idea what properties are offered
