We launched our boat and then camped on the other side of the river. It was nice and quiet and secluded! We had a blast and plan on doing this again!
Excellent play to contemplate, walks, and dog walking. Nice spot to appreciate the Columbia River.
It’s growing and thriving especially for the size of the town. From things for locals to enjoy and be employed, the parks, businesses and industrial areas are great. All it has to offer and proximity to I-5 and the Columbia River it real is a place for anyone enjoy.
The new Interpretive Center is da Best , Mark did a GR8 thing for the keeping of the ports true heritage and history... Check out the largest indoor train I've ever seen...
I love the Port of Kalama! They take excellent care of their parks. It's safe and clean!
In December, illumination on boats event is hold here. You can eat some snacks such as hotdogs, nachos. Also hot drinks, water you can buy. of course beer. Very cold and windy outside of the tent. Better to wear warm clothes.
