I wish I could say it was just a bad one time experience but If I go back tomorrow the issues will still be there. And due to the lack of many other options at the moment I will probably go back.nI was there only for an hour before close to use the hot tub, sauna and steam room for medical reasons. First I think the centre could have a reduced fee for the use of the centre for one hour, but that is not the issue I had. The issues were related to the poor maintenance and supervision of that area. The hot tub had rust stains on the floor, then the sauna was closed and finally, the tile in the steam room had a bunch of cracks. I know this area is not heavily used as it is in other places because there is no pool, but we are still paying customers. For supervision the issue I had was that there was a guy there in his underwear boxers but still!. It was very uncomfortable. How is this allowed? The young lady at the front desk was great, no issues there!
Probably the best facility in Tri-Cities to maintain a healthy lifestyle at an affordable price. Well equipped gym, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, always helpful and positive staff. Always very clean. There’s a nice cafe to sit inside and outside as well in the complex.
I recently visited the Port Moody Recreation Complex and I was impressed with the variety of options available. There is a weight room, basketball court, and ice rink. The weight room was busy during the peak hours, so I had to wait for equipment. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The Complex is very clean and spacious. Best of all, parking is free! Overall, I had a great experience.
Good rink,and relatively modern building also right by the beach, and there’s some good parking.
What an awesome facility! This is a beautiful park, so busy on Sunday morning when I went to watch my Grandson play soccer. All ages, tons of parking. Easily accessible.
