Port Moody’s sole library. Friendly staff and good selection of books. Decent programming and I’m looking forward to my upcoming intro to felting workshop how cool?!. Limited space and meeting rooms as the population of Port Moody has resulted in a lot of pressure on this small facility.
I recently visited the Port Moody Library and was thoroughly impressed by their vast selection of books and services. The variety ensures that there's something for everyone, no matter your interests. What truly stood out to me was the helpfulness of the staff. They are knowledgeable, approachable, and always ready to assist with any queries or recommendations. Whether you're looking for a specific title, or just want to explore new genres, the staff makes the experience enjoyable and productive. This library is a fantastic resource for the community, and I highly recommend it to anyone in the area.
Nice to see the encouraging stickers etc they were generously giving out at car free day this past weekend
They are located in the same complex with Port Moody City Hall and the rec center. The library is not a big size but they do have good choices of books.
Lovely and comfortable surroundings, very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. And of course sooo many great books and other resources, especially online collections.
