Dr. Nemec and his staff, along with all the staff, are the most accommodating there is. Their work is top notch and very trustworthy. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.
My family has been going to this dental office for over thirty years. We are a family five with two still getting our dental care done there.. My husband had showed up for his appointment and had not been scheduled after taking the time off work. One of my daugthers showed up four times for her appointments and was not scheduled. Twice she drove from Halifax. My son just didn't bother going back. I myself have waited for a call since October after my cleaning for a date for an extraction which I never received until I called on December 15. Now I am in pain and they want me to drive over to see if it is infected as I may need antibiotics. If I don't need antibiotics then I still will not get the extraction until scheduled time. Who knows when that will be. We have one more daugther left still attending this clinic. The service was outstanding when Dr. Corkum was our dentist but the last four years it is terrible.
Great dental visit for my son. The staff greeted us with a friendly and positive attitude. They were very helpful and the dentist and assistant were efficient and gave us lots of information about the Invisalign and how-to care for them. Great service i our own back yard instead of travelling two hours for the same procedures.
Always a wonderful experience! The doctor is so friendly and professional. I have to say I enjoy going to the dentist!

I would highly recommend The Port Hawkesbury Dental Group. Dr. Nemec has been my dentist since I was the young age of 16. The quality of his work is exceptional. He is brilliant in his knowledge and application of Dentistry. The hygienist, Patty, is highly skilled as well, very personable and has such a peaceful disposition that puts you at ease. I have complete trust in these Professionals!
Dr. Nemec is the best dentist in Canada. Myself and children have been to dentists all over the country and this office and professionalism is hands down the best. Their empathic approach always gentle and dental knowledge is phenomenal. I hope he doesn't retire for many yrs to come. One happy family.

One of the best dentist I ever had the staff was very friendly and professional. I only had one disappointment that would be partially my fault as well I wish they would have checked how much I had left on my dental plan before I did my last appointment I had to pay in cash for The entire appointment. I’m new in Nova Scotia I’m from Cold Lake Alberta and they always checked my dental plan before the appointment started. But still two thumbs up and that is my new dental clinic.
