Friendly sales staff, but sleazy maintenance staff. I was outright lied to about problems with my wife’s car - told that parts were broken, which were in fact pristine. They constantly exaggerate problems and use scare tactics, telling her that “the engine could fall out” and “someone’s going to call the police on you when they see the shape your car’s in”. The last straw was being quoted $450 for a repair, which I managed to do myself at home with a $10 part in less than 5 minutes. I get that they want to drive business towards their car sales, but if they find it necessary to lie to maintenance customers to push them into a new car, how good can the cars really be? I know this though, the next time they lie, it won’t be to me.

i HAD A PROBLEM WITH RUST ON MY SORENTO I HAD PURCHASED RUST PROTECTION INSURANCE THRU RICK MCCALL SOME HOW THE COMPANY DIDN'T HAVE THE PAPER WORK PORT DOVER SAW THWE PAPERWORK I PROVIDE AND TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM GREAT SERVICE
