I have had 3 physio appointments here with Lauren, for management and recovery of a lower back injury. Lauren is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and encouraging. She has thoughtfully assessed and customized my recovery plan. The rest of the staff that I have interacted with are lovely and very helpful. Highly recommend!
So happy I came in to see Lauren. She was so knowledgeable about the pelvic floor. I know I'm on the right track seeing her for therapy. Looking forward to my next visit
My initial consult with Ludmilla was wonderful and I can't wait to see her again. She was very thorough, didn't rush me, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment.
I had never had an injury that I needed physio before in my life. I was nervous about my appointment as I was feeling much better and felt I perhaps didn’t need the appt. I was met by a therapist that could tell the agony I had been in and showed me the weaknesses I still had even though the pain wasn’t bad . So glad I went for the future benefit of my shoulder!
Port Alberni Physiotherapy Clinic has a really kind and inviting atmosphere. Lauren was wonderful at addressing my concerns and provided exercises that help. She is great with babies! I was able to bring my 9 month old along. Overall, a really great first physiotherapy experience.
Ludmilla is approachable, thorough, and listens well. During initial consult, it was evident Ludmilla has the knowledge and skill to offer great care for her clients. I will be back.
I went to see Lauren at the clinic about my knee. She was very kind, knowledgable, and thorough with helping me find the cause of my knee pain. She set me up with an exercise program for treatment that I could do from home taking in consideration what exercise equipment I already had. I'm looking forward to my follow up appointment. Ludmilla is incredibly personable and gifted. She uses a holistic approach - combining acupuncture, acupressure, cupping and massage to treat a variety of health issues including chronic pain. Amazing!
I’ve never been to a physiotherapist before, and I want really sure what to expect. Lauren really helped me to feel comfortable, and made a plan to help me deal with the issues I’ve been having. Only had one appointment so far, but i felt great afterwards, and optimistic for the future. Definitely recommend!
