Porcelain Hotpot & Lounge

Amazing food! The portion sizes were fantastic. Super fresh and delicious veggies and the meat was mouth watering. Individual little hot pots are your own and you can add anything you want in to the already delicious broth. I went with a group of friends and everyone had an amazing time! The gentleman that was waiting on us was excellent, very polite, helpful some of our group have never done hot pot before and attentive. Overall it was an amazing experience!

The food was pretty good however the customer service was downright terrible. When we asked for soup base recommendations the lady was very rude and dismissive about it. She was just on her phone the whole time during her shift and it was hard to get her attention when we needed something. On top of that we asked for change but she never came back with it so we just left. Overall a disappointing experience for first time trying hotpot, the employee wasn’t helpful and the food was decent at best. So we do not recommend this place to anyone

Server is rude and should not be working in the industry. Been here twice and thought the second time would show some improvement, but still nothing. Food took long to serve, she didn’t even check in on us once, spilled soup on me and half heartedly apologized while laughing. Could not even be bothered to make sure I was okay or bring back napkins to wipe myself off. Forced my party table of 6 people to give her tips that she didn’t earn, she tossed receipts to us and slammed the machine down when she didn’t receive the tip she demanded. Overall a horrible experience. Would not recommend to anyone else EVER.

Wasn't too busy on a Friday, so was not sure how this place would be. What a pleasant surprise! They gave us a 10% discount because my wife is vegetarian. I however am not and went for the gusto. Ordered so much sliced beef, I barely finished it and the free toppings and sauces were great. Can't wait to eat there again.

Traditional hot pot with a dope sauce bar and modern upgrades like built in induction burners. Best enjoyed with multiple people and expect service to take a little longer. Will be back again!

Amazing and authentic Servers were insanely nice, and the food was delicious and fairly priced. Dietary restrictions: Dairy allergy - was okay with everything!!

I enjoyed the food - a lot of for a decent price. Mind you, I did find a hair or part of a hair net in my food, but I have kids, so it takes a lot to bother me. The service, however, is lacking. I read this once somewhere, and it applies - "They treat you with the contempt you deserve for having come there in the first place."

Came in with my child and didn’t have a high chair for kids . Not recommended for families with small children

Big portions and packaged well for delivery. They always have store deals on fantuan. It's fairly good. Sometimes a little greasy. It's great if you have an air fryer and like leftovers.
