We just had our daughter's birthday party here. It was such a great experience. Megan, our party helper, was absolutely awesome! She made the whole party stress free and fun, we are so thankful for her. We are so happy we found this place! We can't wait to come back and have many parties here!

A business who claims to be league bowler friendly but will take advantage of it's customer base. A business who's employee verbally attacked me. I can take it. However, when that happens in front of my wife I take a stand. The the competitive landscape for today's entertainment dollar I would highly suggest you spend those dollars who truly understand customer service. As I was told by the employee "go back to Streamwood".I would suggest visiting any bowling center other than this one where you may receive the treatment a customer in a service industry should receive and a business would want to provide. Continue to treat hour customers in this manor and I can predict with certainty your eventual loss of future business. Best of luck to you!!!

I think this is a great entertainment center, especially the bowling. The people running it are very friendly and are very attentive to our need and give the impression they really enjoy their jobs.. A shout out to the young lady in the snack bar area.. I sadly didn't get her name, she served me a hamburger and an order of tater totes. She couldn't have been nicer and the food was done perfectly.
