The quality of the picture may throw you off , but don't be fooled by the pictures. I came into this organization expecting a great meal for me and my buddy as we haven't gone out together in a long time. Upon arrival to this restaurant, we placed our orders. I got the spicy chicken sandwich with a side of medium fries and a drank. My buddy got a spicy chicken sandwich with Cajun poutine. We got the order extremely fast, which could fall into great service. But that wasn't the case. They gave us pre-made burgers and fries. The only great part of the food was the drink. We headed upstairs and sat down to eat. The table was already dirty, and the bathroom was extremely unhygienic. The bun of the burger was stale, and the coat of it was coming off with a light press. The chicken patty was oily and slightly undercooked. The fries were okay. Probably the most delightful thing in the meal. The poutine on the other hand, wasn't. We had cold cheese curds in our poutine alongside the gravy being slightly hot. We didn't get the full experience in the poutine that we thought we would.nnI would like to demand a refund as this was an extremely big scam of food safety. Alongside, the tables and bathroom being dirty.

Incredible food. We have been disappointed of late of other chicken restaurants. We ordered for our daughter’s birthday. My husband was amazed at how good the meal was. Crispy chicken with tender juicy inside. Gravy was fantastic. All of it was flavourful and exciting. Thank you so much for a joyous meal! Beautiful. I am resting with a full and happy tummy.

The food is pretty good. I really don't like when they take away access to napkins, ketchup, utensils and etc. You have to go to the counter for everything. Can be annoying especially when you are on the second floor.
