Bought 3 chicken sandwiches, 2 spicy and 1 mild. The mild sandwich had a very hard consistency. After eating half of it, the ticker part of the sandwich got worse, I opened it and was pink and stringy in the middle. I drove back to the restaurant to complain. Once I arrived, I explained what happened, he gave me a new sandwich and a refund. However, however, this is unacceptable to serve chicken this way and are not the standards that Popeyes is know for. Their timers on the fryers need to be inspected or better training is needed. I hope I don’t get sick…. Parents check your kids food before ordering here and/or your food. Next time play it safe and eat somewhere else. Head office, inspect this location. Very disappointing Popeyes Fonthill. Don’t eat here.
I was travelling to Niagara.First time here in this store, it looks like shop opened recently. Food was so good and well prepared. The cashier helped me to decide for food and provided daily deals. Good customer service and well maintained store. I will come again and recommend this place. Price is the same as in other stores. Not a busy place.
i got a 3 piece tender meal and they made it super fast. i was surprised for how busy it was. the meal was delicious too, very spicy. The cashier, an older gentleman was very friendly too. Great lunch all around!
Dont waste your money here better to go to the welland popeyes you get better chicken and more freshly cooked chicken there than on the fonthill store, tried it now twice and both times it was awful . This was $ 36.15 not worth the money, have been to welland repeatedly and never been disappointed like I am from fonthill. We not go back.
