by far the best fried chicken I had, the chicken is so soft, juicy and every bits of it is so flavorful. The mashed potato was delicious, I just cant have enough of it. The customer service is the store is amazing and friendly too.
They have great service, location and food. My favorite on their menu is the classic chicken sandwich. It is large and could be shared by 2 people. Get the combo to get a drink and 2 other item to be worth it.
This is my favourite place to have fried chicken in Canada. All of their food is Halal certified. The service that Popeyes provide is way better than their competitors such as KFC and McDonalds. This store has enough parking nearby for customers. I never had to wait more than five minutes to place my order. After placing my order, it took me only 3 minutes to get my food. They have some amazing bundle meals for customers such as $18 for 5 pieces of chicken with 2 biscuits and 2 coleslaws. The taste and quality is always good. I prefer their spicy chicken sandwich and friend chicken. There are two washrooms in this store. Washrooms are pretty neat and clean. There is Diaper changing station for anyone with a baby. Five star*****
The last time I had Popeyes was in San Diego on my honeymoon, and this was the first time I was heading back to Popeyes since then. I had high expectations, the Popeyes I had before was incredible, and I was expecting the food to be nothing short of the same. And I’m pleased to report that the food is amazing here! Everything is seasoned and flavoured so well, the chicken is perfectly cooker and delicious, and the portions are giant! They give you more than you can ask for. But what I didn’t expect at this Popeyes location was the service - next level service for a fast food restaurant! I’m used to McDonald’s or Wendy’s nothing wrong with these places, but I just felt the staff went beyond what is normally expected, and it made everything here taste and feel that much better. Mediocre food can be forgotten, but you never forget a terrible or great service experience. I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful service the staff gave us today, and how delicious the food was. I highly recommend Popeyes and this location in Langley - we’ll definitely be coming back!
Great customer service. I went there at approximately closing time, but still the manager herself made me some fresh tenders. She is really awesome and make sure that guests are served properly. I wouldn't be mind if there is 5-6 minutes wait coz I am getting hot and fresh fried chicken. The whole team is really welcoming. I have seen in many fast-food chains that the employees working there seems they are forcing themselves to work. But here you will see smiling faces.
I have never given a fast food place 5 stars, but I really enjoyed the food here. The piece of chicken used in my meal was fairly large, very juicy and cooked perfectly. They have nice seasonings in the chickens breading. I felt that I got a lot for my money. I was so full. Yet there was a lot left over. I'm looking forward to trying several other items I saw on the menu. Maybe it's just because it's a bit different then the other fast food places, who knows, it felt authentically better thenname any other fast food place. I hope whenever I look back on my life's reviews, because that's what people will do in the future to remember the past, I'm assuming anyways. I hope I don't look back on my lives reviews and regret saying all these things. Maybe this place will have changed for the worse by then, like they all seem to do?!
It's so exciting to have such an important historic figure run such an iconic franchise. While not seeing him personally, I can safely say my chicken was prepared by none other than Julius Caesar. This is because each chicken stip had enough salt in it to pay a roman legion for a year. Absolutely horrendous food. The chicken was drier than sunbaled sandpaper, and this constantly had me going back to my drink. To make matters worse, the chicken battwr wasn't really stuck on well, and kept falling off. Lastly, both my friend and I, who both ate here, had food poisoning the next day. If you want chicken, stick with KFC, this place is not worth the hype unless you like to punish your senses and your gut.
Amazing customer service when compared to other fast food restaurants. The dining room was clean and well maintained. I did not have to wait more than 5 minutes for our food and all of my food was properly in the bag, nothing was missing. Deepak greeted us with a smile and made us feel very comfortable and his team were making our food the best it could possibly be. Greatly satisfied with this restaurant would definitely go here instead of other places. 10/10
Worst Popeyes chicken ever. All those people who think this is good you should try it in Alberta. Alberta locations make their chicken fresh. I don't mind waiting for it. Here they make full batches of chicken and it tastes like garbage. Spicy chicken is never spicy and the normal one is tasteless. I love Popeyes chicken but I am never going back to this location. Staff needs more training. All those ladies are talking to each other while the customer is waiting in line.
Excellent chicken! hot, fresh and friendly, excellent staff!!!! Thank you to all the staff that work hard making people happy by being accommodating, and friendly. The supervisor can’t remember his name but wow so nice and goes out of his way to make your visit pleasant. This is the place to go and have a hot fresh tasty meal, thank you Popeyes!!!!!!! Parking: Lots of parking, you can dine in as well, restaurant is clean, and everything is neat and tidy.
